Nestled on an acre, this unique, cozy, secluded little house has the quiet feel of the country but is minutes from all the city amenities. This house is centrally located in Valrico, between Plant City and Tampa. *Must be 25 years old to book* The space Seating accomodates 4 guest through out the house. There are queen sized beds in each room along with T.V's. Wi-Fi is provided. There is also a washer and dryer in the storage room connected to the house. Cookware and Dinnerware provided. **Absolutely NO smoking on the premises. **Please notify us if you are checking in after dark. **If you have more than 4 guest staying without permission you will be asked to leave the property.
