The space straightforward 3 bedroom/2 bath split level home in a quiet neighborhood. Fenced in backyard. you will enter the home and walk up some stairs to the main living area. Downstairs there is the rec room, full bath and access to the garage. Will fit one car very comfortably but two cars would be tight. Plenty of parking on the driveway. This house has brand new central air conditioning that keeps the entire house nice and cool. The house has hot water throughout the home, wifi and a washer and dryer for your use!
