Casa Colibrí, a charming and comfortable place!

Relax and have fun with your family in this accommodation, where tranquility and comfort are the most important thing! The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool is heated with solar panels and has a splash pool for the little ones. The garden is very spacious so you can relax on its loungers or hammocks and the little ones can have fun on its swings. You can enjoy delicious grilled meat while listening to your favorite music on our outdoor speaker The space ~ Casa Colibrí is located within a subdivision in Cuautla, Morelos, just an hour and a half from Mexico City. -It has a great location, as it is only a 10-minute drive to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, Oaxtepec and a shopping center where you will find Walmart, SAMS, Liverpool, Starbucks, Cinépolis and a variety of restaurants and shops. There are also several haciendas near the area, where weddings or events are held. ~A few steps from the subdivision you will find a Bodega Aurrera, pharmacy, grocery store and different restaurants and shops, to have everything at your fingertips. ~It is a beautiful house to rest, with a large and very well-kept garden; it has 2 hammocks so you can relax, swings, a full outdoor bathroom, a pleasant pool with a splash pool and lighting, which is heated by a solar heating system to enjoy day and night (without having to pay an extra cost), it usually maintains an average temperature between 29 and 32 degrees, depending on the time of year and the climate. Also in the garden you will find beds, tables, chairs and umbrellas for your comfort. ~Charcoal grill with bar, sink and minibar, as well as living room and outdoor dining room on a covered terrace, so you can fully enjoy the outdoors. ~Four comfortable and cozy rooms, one of them on the ground floor (for those who cannot climb stairs) all have a ceiling and floor fan, as well as large closets and mosquito nets. The master bedroom has a dressing room, a large and beautiful terrace and its own bathroom. ~We have a small first aid kit, emergency telephone and a nearby store that can deliver to your home, in case you don't want to leave the house. ~ Pool towels included. ~Sound system with exterior baffle and interior sound bar. ~Wifi and streaming to enjoy on its three TV screens, as well as board games. ~ There are NO common areas, so the property is exclusively for our guests. The house is completely fenced and the cars are parked inside, for added security. We have an electrified fence and security cameras in the garden and outside the street. ‼️IMPORTANT: The price per night allows you to book the stay for 10 guests, however if there are more people, the house has a maximum capacity for 14 people, with a cost of $450 pesos, per additional person, per night. 📌During the weeks of Christmas, New Year's, or Easter Week, the minimum rent is three nights. Other things to note A house with a very good location that allows you proximity to the center of Cuaulta, or the possibility of being only 15 minutes from Oaxtepec and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. It is also ideal for staying if you attend a wedding or event, since there are party rooms and some Haciendas near the subdivision. There are also several shops and restaurants to have everything at your fingertips comfortably and enjoy without having to travel far.
