Come to Roosevelt and Stay Here! Have access to a Golf Clubs, Mt. Bikes, a gym and much more! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This house is across the street from an LDS church, within walking distance to main street shopping, and a close drive to grocery stores. You will be a walk away from the city pool and library, and close to parks. Teachers and Armed Services members may qualify for discount. Big Holidays may be available upon request. The space This house has three floors. The main floor has the kitchen, a living room, a half bath, and a back room with a sectional hide-a-bed. The back room opens out into the back yard. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the top floor. On the bottom floor, there are two bedrooms, a kids' area under the stairs, a laundry room, and a 3/4 bath. Every Bedroom has a TV mounted with streaming channels available. (Peacock & Disney) The Backroom with Sectional has a large tv with a blueray player and bose sound bar for lounging and relaxing. A Nintendo Switch with a few games to play as well. A freeweight gym (use at own risk) hides in the garage. 2 Mt. bike are available for those itching to get on local trails, or pleasure cruise around town. Two sets of golf clubs are in the garage you can utilize at the Roosevelt City Golf Course. Yard is spacious and has beautfiul roses and delicious blackberries during warmer seasons. Grill and griddle adds great abilities and options to your dinning chocies. Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves. Check in and front door access is by keypad entry. A couple of locked doors lead to the furnace room, and additional cleaning supplies. Other things to note Garage wont have parking capabilities, but a good carport and plenty of drive way makes parking easy. A Weird door in the backroom that leads to the outside is sealed, but don't worry the french doors hiding behind the curtains are not. Don't get soaked! Sprinkler system activates @ 6:00am and waters by section for about an hour’s time.
