The space Pricing Information: The base rate includes 15 PAX overnight guests and 25 PAX day use guests, however, more are allowed: Children 6 and under are excluded from the PAX counts For added overnight guests = P500 per person over the 15 PAX (age 7 +) For added daytime only guests (leave by 9:00 PM) = P200 per person over the 25 PAX (age 7+) The added fees for guests will be paid at the property. Purchase of any beverage on site Daytime Exclusive Rental The property owner will open up the property for daytime exclusive use for any calendar dates that are open within 3 weeks of the current date. For this option contact the property owner: • Check-in is after 10 AM and check-out is no later than 6:00 PM. • Use of side building (not main house): 1 bedroom, 1 CR, kitchenette with sink, Ref, and gas cooking appliance • Use of gazebo. • Pool including floaties and accessories. • Billiard table, air hockey, ping pong • Unlimited Videoke • Use of (4) burner gas grill at the outside terrace • Events allowed – coordinate with onsite manager. • Use of tables and chairs upon request at no cost. There are (7) standard 6’ tables and 42 folding chairs available for daily rental guests. Coordinate use with onsite manager. • Food and drink are available for purchase on the property.
