From here you can make a variety of excursions. We have lovely dogs and a cat on the property. The cat likes to stay on the terrace and that should not bother guests. Right in front of the terrace is the private pool, occasionally used by the son. The space A massage table is available. There is an air-conditioning unit installed in the kitchen. There is a shared laundry room with washing machine on the property. The use of the washing machine including detergent is free of charge. There are plenty of laundry lines in the rancho. A washer-dryer is also available, but there is a $5 fee per load. Various kitchen appliances are available. Normally, the house is inhabited by the owners and is only rented out during their absence. Therefore, it is very well equipped and all spices etc. are also available. From around April 2026, there will be a pizza-to-go service in the entrance area of the property.
