DONT'S (Kitchen) • Refrain from pouring oil, or solid chunks of food in the drain as it will cause clogging (a PENALTY fine of P2,000 will be issued for plumbing fees) • You Break It, You pay for it (Regardless of any incident, you are responsible to the items in the unit during your stay) Fine things to note: • Cooking is allowed but beware of the building's sensitive smoke alarm detector • Heavy smoking is discouraged • Fines for any violation will be charged to the guest accordingly upon check out All Items are checked daily to ensure that items serve every guest well. In any case of breakage, guest would need to pay items at its purchased price (Keep an eye at your children to avoid this!) Spillage on the couch, bed and mats such as wine, soft drinks & food gravy (sauce) - PENALTY P5,000 - - You may wonder why? Time is money. We would need to use extra time, money to wash and dry the soiled items to be 100% clean again for the next guest to enjoy.
