The space Our favorite assets of the villa: - The spacious living room on the ground floor (75 m2) with its magnificent view of the valley; - The 5 cozy bedrooms that each have direct access to a modern shower room; - The "Home Cinema" room which gives you access to an endless number of Netflix and Plex movies; - The indoor games room with ping-pong, foosball, darts, etc.; - The garden dedicated to fun and relaxation with heated pool, tennis, secret cabin, and plenty of other surprises for all ages... - The exceptional environment: in a green setting in the heart of nature (our closest neighbors are horses!), and close to many tourist places... The villa has (among other things) a bright, contemporary and spacious 75 m2 living room, a well-equipped vintage kitchen, a laundry room and a playroom for the little ones. Upstairs are the 5 large bedrooms (with 4 bathrooms/showers and 2 toilets), as well as the library well supplied with books and comics, and an elliptical bike for your morning gymnastics! Some musical instruments are also available to guests (piano, guitar, drum). In the basement you will find: a large games room (ping-pong, foosball, darts), a Netflix home theater (with sofa convertible into 2 single beds) in a bright living room (and always cool even in the event of a heat wave). The 1-hectare garden will delight young and old: several covered or sunny terraces, a heated swimming pool (10 x 4.5 m) with a beach for the little ones and a spacious shaded sofa, a tennis court (built in 2020) in red clay, soccer goals, an old trampoline near the orchard, a vegetable garden with strawberries to nibble on, a small pond where you can catch tadpoles and admire the dragonflies... And at the bottom of the garden flows a river where the teens will have fun jumping or building dams... Lovers of calm and nature will also be able to observe the wildlife around the pond from the terrace of the small cabin. Ideal place to meditate, paint or dream! For early risers, settle on the terrace, the sunrise is worth seeing! A large outdoor gas barbecue allows you to prepare delicious grilled dishes in no time. Do you like to vary your dining locations? The dining room and its large sliding windows immerse you in the garden with the dominant view of the pond and the meadow and woods. The covered terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, offers a nice perspective ideal for keeping cool. The south terrace offers a beautiful view towards the valley. And the pond terrace is all bucolic with its water features and flowers. The house is ideal for one or two families with teens, or for 3-4 couples with small children. The villa is located in the heart of Walloon Brabant, ideal for exploring the cultural riches of the surroundings (Louvain-la-Neuve 12', Walibi amusement park 15', Wavre tree climbing and karting Adventure Park 15', Folon Museum and Château de la Hulpe park, Waterloo Hill, paintball, Leuven historic center 30', Namur pedestrian center 30', Brussels city center 40', Lesse descent by Kayak…). There are also 2 golf courses nearby as well as several amusement parks. Local markets on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Other things to note Returning expats or temporary accommodation? We offer a (very) discounted price for rentals of 3 weeks or more. We do not accept groups of young people, nor parties that could disturb the neighborhood. Dogs allowed with restrictions and extra charge for cleaning.
