Cabernet Gite 8 people – La Grange des Aurièges

Our rural gîte Le Cabernet is located in the heart of a 9-hectare agro-forestry wine estate, the Domaine des Aurièges. 11x5 m pool Between the Caroux mountains and the Orb river, you will enjoy a stay in the heart of nature surrounded by vineyards and oak forests. Come and enjoy our swimming pool (in summer) and our forests with family or friends. The estate is located 1 hour from Montpellier, 45 minutes from Narbonne, 30 minutes from Béziers. The space The Cabernet cottage is a fully renovated and warmly decorated independent accommodation. Located in the heart of the estate's large building, it overlooks the vineyards and the river. The cottage can accommodate with the sofa bed up to 10 people only in off season (limited to 8 people maximum in July and August). On the ground floor, there is an equipped kitchen (electric oven, fridge, 3-burner gas stove, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle), a living room (with sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower + sink) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom (double bed), a separate toilet, a bathroom (shower + sink) and a second bedroom (double bed + two single beds in the mezzanine). Toilet paper in the toilets and shower mats in the bathrooms are provided. Cleaning fee: - €60 from 3 nights. - €30 for one or two nights. You will need to return the apartment tidy, the trash emptied and the dishes washed, dried and put away. We take care of everything else. Linens for an extra charge: €20 per bed (complete set) or €25 beds made on arrival Bathroom linen: €5 per person (towel + bath towel) Guest access You will have access to the many outdoor spaces: the pool, the vineyards, the olive grove, the oak forests, the recreation area. A great breath of fresh air and nature assured. The river is on the edge of the property, a 2-minute walk.
