Elegant home in Wolverton, Milton Keynes

Whatever your reason for visiting Wolverton/ Milton Keynes, if you're looking for a home from home and a place with soul then look no further. My home is a 10-15 minute walk from Wolverton train station with direct, fast connections to London Euston, Milton Keynes central, Birmingham and Manchester. If you're driving here I have a drive at the back of the house that you'll be able to use. Vans, trucks and 4x4s will be a squeeze so are best parked on the street. The space An arty, elegant yet cosy two-bedroom, two-bathroom property in the heart of up-and-coming Wolverton. Whether you're seeing friends, going to a gig at the Crauford, checking out Silverstone, here for business or touring Bletchley Park - I'm confident my home will be the perfect base for you. - It’s just a 10–15-minute walk to Wolverton station with links to London, Birmingham and Manchester. - Silverstone is a scenic 20-minute drive away. - Historic market town Stony Stratford is a 5 - 10-minute drive away and central Milton Keynes is a 15-minute drive away. - You'll find fantastic cafes, restaurants and independent shops only a short walk away from the house. Including Bar Bar (coffee and cake with a great sense of community), The Shop on the square (a variety of independent businesses) and Mrs B's (gift shop and vintage delights - but Mrs B is the real delight). - Akasaka does absolutely delicious Japanese food or you'll find the vibey Biergarten tucked away beside a delicious tapas restaurant called Cafe Ole' as you walk towards Wolverton station. More about my home Downstairs: - There is one downstairs bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and drawers as well as a small downstairs bathroom with shower. - The dining room is Austrian themed with benches around the bay window and cuckoo clocks (photos to come). - The living room has a large TV with NOW (Sky Movies, Netflix etc.) WIFI. (There is also a WIFI extender upstairs.) - Kitchen - all mod cons. ACCESSIBILITY: - The downstairs living space is accessible for my partner who is in a wheelchair - but please contact me with your specific requirements and I can let you know if feasible. Upstairs: - The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and dressing table. A spacious bathroom, with both bath and shower is the next room along. - On the same floor is a study/ spare bedroom with a single sofa bed. Please let me know if you require this. - Wardrobe space is on the landing and there are also three drawers in the study that you can use. Outside space: The garden is fully paved with two tables to sit at. The green garden gate leads to the drive, where the bins are stored. Guest access All areas of the house and garden are free to use, however if cupboards don't open they have been locked so please don't attempt to force them open.
