Its three hundred-year-old plane trees provide freshness during a summer aperitif or a fraternal game of pétanque! The jacuzzi at the bottom of the garden warms or refreshes depending on the season! Comfort, calm and cleanliness are my values! Ideal for radiating in Luberon! The space Your holiday home is tastefully furnished on two levels. An independent entrance on the fountain side, and its south-shaded terrace with garden overlooking the lavender field and the wooded hill. Upstairs two large bedrooms and a bathroom, connected by a wooden staircase to the large living room - kitchen fully equipped and comfortable. A 2nd bathroom-wc in the entrance accessible to people with reduced mobility. I can lend you all the necessary equipment for babies NEW in JUNE 2026: a LARGE EXCEPTIONAL BEACH POOL of 4x1Om. It is shared with the two other cottages in respect of each other! Ideal for a moment of relaxation. The accommodation is very well equipped practically 'like home'. A jacuzzi area in a small green corner for 4 to 6 people in a small green corner at the bottom of the garden open from April to October by reservation. And included: bed sheets, towels, kitchen cloths, cleaning product, kitchen base, hand soap shower. The city of APT is 1km5 with all the shops you will need. The location of the bastide is ideal for visiting the Luberon heading towards all the villages. You will find in the cottage all the necessary tourist documentation, as well as maps and guides. Avignon and Aix en Provence are 1 hour drive, Marseille and Cassis are 1h30. Guest access All the accommodation will be exclusively for you as well as the terrace and I south garden. Outside, the common areas are: - The space under the hundred-year-old plane trees in front of the fountain to have an aperitif while watching the sunset or to play a game of pétanque with family or friends - The pingpong table on the north side (ask me) - The Jacuzzi from April to October: reservation table on my front door - The Pool from June to September: reservation table on my front door - gas plancha on the plane trees Other things to note La Bastide de la Mandarine is a large estate in the countryside, very well located on the heights of APT and with a splendid view over the valley and the Vaucluse mountains. Magnificent sunsets! The Bastide is all in length and includes 4 independent housing without opposite and isolated from each other. I live on site, thus being able to meet all your needs or questions. L'Ocre rouge was converted into an old barn in 2014, and still very well maintained over the years you will be comfortably settled there. The spaces have a lot of charm, and my cottage is very appreciated by holidaymakers. You will be there when you arrive!
