Great holiday home with sun terrace by the sea

Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday home directly by the sea! We have combined Spanish and modern influences to create a little gem. On 83 sqm you live in a quiet location but still centrally located in Isla Cristina. And best of all: with a fantastic sun terrace! The holiday home is the perfect starting point for a walk on the beach along the small promenade, which starts directly at the terrace. The space In total, the holiday home offers space for 6 people, three bedrooms consisting of two double beds and two single beds. In the modern living/dining room with Spanish accents, there is enough space for cosy hours at the large dining room table with 6 chairs. There is also an open fireplace and a smart TV with YouTube and streaming services. In the adjoining kitchen you will find a coffee maker, a kettle, a new microwave, a new fridge with a large freezer compartment and a new washing machine. In the brightly designed bathrooms you will find towels, bath towels, hairdryers and toiletries. For families with small children, there is a separate cot with changing mat, a buggy and a child car seat. Furthermore, we provide a bicycle which can be used for short or long trips. The holiday home can also be used as a remote working place on a long-term basis due to the very fast internet. Guest access For a secure and convenient check-in, we have equipped the accommodation with a smart door lock. You will receive a code via email/Whats App or SMS when you book and before the start of your trip. This code is valid for the entire stay. You use the code to open a key box and the smart door lock at the entrance door. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the opening process by phone. Supermarkets and cafés can be reached on foot in 150m or 250m, the town centre in 10min. A secure parking space (lockable) is available directly at the entrance for 1 vehicle.
