Stay a night or a couple weeks! The perfect place to stay in Quartzsite. Wonderful accommodations for the overnight guest or the couple who come to enjoy the winter events in town! Easy on and off and just a couple minutes off of Interstate 10 east and west bound or State Highway 95 north and south. The space The Cactus Cottage is a cute redesigned and recycled park model. it is super insulated with nearly all building materials being from the USA. There is a wonderful deck to enjoy the weather. Pets are welcome as long as they are well behaved, potty trained and quiet. There is a fenced in area for the pups also! The pet rest area. You can stream movies etc on WiFi. Cactus Cottage is in a small mostly retired park. it's very safe. We are doing many makeovers at the park. What may seem like neglect will soon be beautiful. The laundry room is just a few steps away. Please ask for code. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the coin op laundry just to the south of the cottage. Please ask for combo. If needed, the dumpster is located on the north west corner of the property by the open gate and unit 10. Other things to note There is a full time Manger at the park. But please call or message me first unless it's an emergency. • Rural Wi‑Fi: Wi‑Fi is available and works best near the front of the cottage. Like most rural desert towns, speeds can vary depending on weather and network load. Most guests find it reliable for email, browsing, and streaming. • Shower & Water Temperature: The shower fixtures were recently updated. Water heats quickly, but temperature may fluctuate briefly if multiple appliances are running — normal for a smaller electric water heater. • Smart Lock: The entry lock is easy to use and very reliable. If you ever have trouble, I’m available immediately to help — guests rarely need assistance, but I’m always here if you do. • Maintenance: The cottage is regularly inspected, and any small issues (like under‑sink drips) are fixed promptly. If you notice anything during your stay, please message me so I can take care of it right away. • Location: The cottage is in a quiet, convenient Quartzsite neighborhood. You may occasionally hear a passing vehicle — typical for the area — but most guests find it peaceful and relaxing.
