With two dedicated bedrooms, plus a pull out sofa bed, this property can accommodate a medium sized group. It is child friendly and infant friendly. Within walking distance to a grocery store, and many restaurants, this centrally located unit is perfect for your visit. Sand and ocean are a 2 minute walk from our door. The space Downstairs, the open floor plan allows for spending quality time together. There is a full bathroom with shower and a pull out queen sized Posturepedic sofa bed if needed. There is a stocked kitchen with all the supplies you need, a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave/airfryer oven, blender, and an espresso maker. There is a dining table which can accommodate six people. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, a dresser, and a smart TV. The secondary bedroom has two twin beds (twin with a trundle) and a queen bed, a dresser, a desk for workspace and a smart TV. There are some toys and books for children, a baby gate and a pack and play for small people. There is also a bathroom with a shower, luxury towels, and hair dryer. There is a full size washer and dryer on site. Outside, there is large 2nd story deck, for you to enjoy the salty air. It features two loungers and a comfortable seating area to lounge and watch the sun set. Enjoy sunbathing or dining al fresco while you smell the salt and enjoy the breezes. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and salt. Wifi and smart TVs will make your stay entertaining. Beach umbrella and beach towels, are provided for your use. The driveway is large enough to accommodate a boat or camper. On the back patio, a table and chairs for 6 to enjoy dining al fresco. Also two smaller seating areas and the Hot tub is ready for you to enjoy and unwind! Guest access You will be able to enjoy the entire interior of this space as well as the upper deck. The ground level paver patio is complete and hot tub/ spa is ready for you to relax. Other things to note Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in both interior bathroom showers.
