This home is perfect for families or large groups vacationing in Orlando, Florida. There are four bedrooms, six beds, and two bathrooms. This home features a screened in pool (not heated) with 2 separate patio areas, outdoor dining all within a spacious backyard for the entire family. 18 minutes away from Airport (MCO), 8 Minutes to Downtown Orlando, 20 minutes to Universal studios, 15 minutes to Millennia mall. *Since it is close to the highway, there may be some residual noise from traffic.* The space MODERN BACKYARD Our contemporary outdoor area provides a serene setting to unwind and bask in Florida's warm and humid subtropical weather. You can soak up the sun on our patio or gaze at the stunning neon sunsets and twinkling stars as they shift across the sky. You can ignite the BBQ grill to prepare a coastal-inspired meal and start a bonfire to enjoy the comforting warmth. 4 BEDROOMS Our four bedrooms provide a calm and tranquil space to relax for the evening, and each of them includes cozy amenities: Windows with curtains/blinds, crisp white linens, patterned rugs, and abstract artwork. Bedroom 1 – King bed (master), Smart Roku TV, en suite bathroom, and direct access to pool Bedroom 2 – Queen bed Smart Roku TV, direct access to bathroom and pool Bedroom 3 – Full size bed Bedroom 4 – 1 Full and 2 Twins (Bunk bed with trundle) Smart Roku TV 2 FULL BATHROOMS And don’t worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We’re happy to provide these toiletries for you. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, an electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, and a kettle. Additionally, cooking pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and silverware are also available in the kitchen. We can accept up to two pets, each weighing up to 40 lbs, for a $75 fee per pet and a $200 security deposit. All pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). We also ask you to crate your pets when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval. Please no pets in the pool!! Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste. NO SHOE POLICY We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors. QUIET HOURS Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. SMOKING To keep the property fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted. If smoke is detected, there will be a $1,000 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. Guest access You have private access to our property and all amenities during your stay. You can access our home at any time with our secure, keyless entry. Other things to note Before booking this home, please review ALL house rules to make sure that this is the right home for you. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Check-in: 4:00pm Check out: 10:00am Early check-in* & late check-out* will be dependent on availability. If there are guests checking in/out on the same day, this option may not be available. *Additional fees may apply. POOL Every Thursday the pool will be tended to for sanitation purposes. They will access the home from the side gate. Please be aware there will not be any disturbance. Please have animals put away during these times. We enforce good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation, and can be removed from the property due to negligence. SMOKING To keep the property fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $1,000 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. Violating this policy may result in guests being liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it. PARTIES & EVENTS Gatherings with your group are great, however, parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 FINE and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep the property in wonderful shape for all guests to come SECURITY CAMERAS Please note that each home has anywhere from 3 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located at all angles of the exterior property. To respect privacy, no cameras are in the backyard or pool area. Additionally, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties. NOTE, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed.
