The house is Duplex style and guests do not have access to the rear yard or dwelling. Other things to note - We cannot accept guests with zero reviews (unless we may conduct a satisfactory ID check prior to arrival). - We do not accept guests under the age of 21 years old. - We do not allow parties or gatherings at the property. - Excessive cleaning and property damage will be charged to guest. - Strictly no pets allowed.
