While rare, they may last from 30 minutes to 4 hours. Thanks for understanding that we don’t receive real-time updates about planned outages, so we’re unable to provide notifications in advance. -High winds = dust. Even freshly cleaned surfaces may gather dust quickly—part of the natural beauty (and quirks) of desert living. -Wildlife is present! Quail, rabbits, and yes—rattlesnakes. Be alert, especially in warmer months. -Pets: We love fur babies but cannot allow long haired pets. Short haired dogs only at a $150 pet cleaning fee per animal with a max of 2 animals on property. If long haired dog fur is detected a $500 pet fee will be charged. -No Package Deliveries: Please do not send any packages to the house—deliveries won’t arrive. Use Instacart or ship to a nearby pickup location instead. -Cooling Tip: Fans cool the house faster and more efficiently than the AC—give them a try before adjusting the thermostat. -Early Check-in/Out: $50/hour with prior approval only. Unauthorized early/late stays will be charged $75/hour. -Plant Love (for stays over 1 week): Our houseplants thrive on a little love. If you're willing, a cup of water or ice per plant would be so appreciated! -Per the San Bernardino County Short Term Rental Ordinance, maximum of 4 cars allowed at property during your stay. -For long term stay, an additional $275 cleaning fee will be charged to cover spa maintenance, landscaping and a post departure deep cleaning. -The telescope in the listing photo is not functional and is purely for decoration. **Guests use hot tub and other amenities at their own risk** Thank you for helping us care for this special space!
