Ideal location for guests at weddings/functions at Tewinbury Farm, Coltsfoot, Redcoats etc. Great for business -Stevenage (GSK and similar) and Welwyn Garden City (Tesco head office) Good Wi-Fi, TV with amazon fire stick access (Netflix etc), Bose sound speaker, wine fridge, free coffee and tea, comfortable double sofa bed. Close to Knebworth and Welwyn North train stations for access to London. Free off road parking (30mtrs) The space An open plan studio with separate shower room Looks out onto the fire pit seating area which is part of the main house garden Access via the side of the house through a coded gate There is a small microwave,( this is in the cupboard so please take out if needed) wine fridge, freezer and dishwasher for use. Tea, coffee and milk/sugar provided. Please ask if you need anything as we may be able to accommodate your request. Guest access Access the studio via the front locked and coded gate and walk down the side of the house and stairs to the studio which is situated in the garden area If arriving in the dusk there is a security light to guide you but you may need to use your phone light on the gate code Be careful of the steps at the side of the house and small steps along the paving Other things to note The studio/house is not ideal access for wheelchair users and is accessed from the road down a footpath, making it quiet and secluded
