It is spread over two levels with a living area, office, balcony, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs includes the kitchen, dining/ living area, the 4th bedroom and the 2nd bathroom. The laundry is located in the garage. Guests have exclusive access to the laundry however the garage is not included in the listing. The living areas have big beautiful bifold doors that completely open out to a delightfully secluded deck and garden; perfect for relaxing in and enjoying a quite drink and dinner with your family. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home. The laundry is located in the garage (the garage is NOT included in the listing. Access to the laundry is from the living area behind a lockable door. Guests have exclusive access to the Laundry and it will not be used by anyone else however the garage may be accessed my me and my husband on odd occasions.
