Leafy Lodge Annex with private garden

Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather. The space Leafy lodge is all on one level. It is really just for couples as one double bed but a young baby/child could stay We have a travel cot and child size chair bed. The private garden is secure. We used to have chickens so we have a pen but just wild flowers grow in it now. You can access the property through green drive which is a woodland walk. By car you park at the front of main house and come through side gate to end of garden to Leafy Lodge. Once through the gate from our garden you are in another private garden which has the entrance to Leafy Lodge. From this garden you have a private gate through woods to walk to Lytham and surrounding areas. We do accept dogs but a maximum of two. If you have more please message us. Guest access Leafy lodge is accessible through our family garden but does have its own private garden. The accommodation is all on one level. Other things to note We do accept dogs but they must be well behaved and we expect owners to ensure they are not to go on any of the furniture or beds.
