Summerhouse Sthlm archipelago

We are renting out our 2 lovely summerhouses on the island of Runmarö in the beautiful archepilago of Stockholm. Built in the 1960’s and recently renovated by us. The space You reach Runmarö by taking the bus from Slussen (ca 50 min) or a car to Stavsnäs. From there you take a ferry (ca 5 min). You park your car at Stavsnäs and pay per day (ca 170kr/day). From the ferrie you either take the island-taxi or walk 4 km. There are two houses at the site. The main house (50 kvm) has a kitchen with running water, a bathroom (without wc) a livingspace and two bedroom with 2 beds in each room. The smaller house (35 kvm) has o separate bedroom with 2 beds and space next to the livingroom with 2 beds. The toilet is an dry outdoor toilet (utedass i swedish) There is a shower inside the main house. Also a laundrymachine. The houses are located with forest surroundings. It’s about 300 m to the sea (to take a swim) and it takes a couple min walk to there. If you prefer to swim in a lake, there are two lakes close by that’s perfect for a afternoon swim. Guest access A house manual with instructions for the houses and the surrondings will be avaliable. Three bikes for grown ups and a bunch of kids bikes are available parked in the carport. Other things to note A lovely hill next to the houses. And Two beautiful lakes to take a swim in. The sea is ca 300m from the house.
