Each apartment has its own patio, the pool, large deck and small garden area are shared. We live on site so are happy to answer any questions you may have. We are on a small street just steps from the beach. Close to restaurants and 2 small supermarkets We have parking spots for each apartment in front of the building. You can walk to stores, restaurants and the beach but a car or taxi might be needed if you want to go to Samara or beyond We have two medium sized rescue dogs that live on the property but we keep them separated from our guests.
