So we kindly ask you to be patient with our team while we prepare the property for your stay. However, if, for whatever reason, the property is available early, we will make sure to let you know on the day of your check-in. CRIB/PACK N' PLAY This property features a versatile Pamo Babe Portable Crib, ideal for families traveling with infants. Please note that we do not offer a traditional crib. However, this foldable crib can be conveniently used as a pack-n-play, travel crib, or crib, providing flexibility and comfort for your little one. Its compact design and easy setup ensure a safe and cozy sleeping environment for your child. Sheets are provided, but we recommend bringing all your childcare needs. GUEST INCLUSIVENESS Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. DISCREPANCIES If there are any issues with the cleanliness of the unit or its amenities, these issues MUST be brought to the host's attention during your arrival so we may fix the issue immediately. We will not provide refunds for any issues mentioned after a reservation has been completed or for anything outside the Host's control - examples are acts of God. Additionally, no refunds or discounts will be issued if the pool, pool heater, hot tub, hot tub heater, or other complimentary amenities require repairs or are temporarily shut down. Refunds will only be considered if the guest has paid for additional services and those services were unavailable. HEATING & COOLING Guests have full control over the heating and cooling of the property and are welcome to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable level during their stay.
