This Private bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor of the property adjacent to the kitchen/dining room and across from the living room.The family of 3 adults lives upstairs. Guest access Along your private room/bathroom, the kitchen, dining room, living room front and back patio are shared spaces. Note: the back patio is a dirt patio no landscape available. There is a small porch as you walk out the kitchen. Other things to note Our guest dedicated parking spot will be on the driveway left side infront of the garage. Please park as far left as you can so there is enough space for the other cars to park on the right and to have space for doors to open. NOTE: There is no street parking from midnight to 6:00 am due to HOA rules. Vehicles may be towed at owner expense by parking on the street from midnight to 6:00am. We provide the basic essentials (shampoo, body soap, toilet tissue, 1 towel) to get you started upon check in any additional supplies will be your responsibility.
