The space Open-Concept Living: Modern furnishings with cozy touches throughout. Sleeping Arrangements: Three bedrooms with king beds (Casper or Nectar mattresses), plus a fourth bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional twin bunk. A queen air mattress can be set up for groups of 11 or 12. Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, high-quality knives, Vitamix, food processor, Chemex, and a 14-cup coffee maker. The dining area seats eight, and there’s a brand new Weber grill on the patio (propane included). Work & Relax: Two dedicated workstations with fast Wi-Fi, yoga space, and a sunroom for a relaxing retreat. Convenience: Brand new washer and dryer in the basement purchased in 2025. All linens, pillows, towels, and bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided. A portable pack-and-play and high chair are available. Close to Everything: Only 10 minutes from historic Jim Thorpe with its quaint shops and restaurants, and roughly 30 minutes to several ski resorts. Grocery & Essentials: Nearest market is in Jim Thorpe; Giant delivers from Lehighton (~25 minutes). Other things to note Entry & Parking: A custom access code is provided 24 hours before arrival. The driveway accommodates up to six vehicles. Security: There are two outdoor security cameras (driveway and front door) for property safety and to confirm guest numbers. No Parties: Quiet hours are 11pm–8am (Fri–Sat) and 10pm–8am (Sun–Thurs). Please respect our neighbors. Pets: Well-behaved, housebroken dogs are welcome (maximum of two dogs). The pet fee is $50 per dog. Please select the correct number of pets when booking through Airbnb. Airbnb will charge a flat $50 fee no matter how many dogs are selected, so if you bring a second dog, we will request an additional $50 separately. Weather & Travel: Refunds aren’t provided for inclement weather. If this is a concern, consider obtaining travel insurance.
