Country holiday, but still within 15 minutes in Amsterdam by train or car? Enjoy sailing and swimming on the rivers and the Vinkeveense lakes or cycling between the meadows? Here you can enjoy peace and space with the city around the corner. Our spacious detached mansion from 1910 is a lovely family home, located in the old village center, overlooking the playground and the river Angstel, which flows right through Abcoude. Parking is free in front of the door, and you can use the bicycles! The space Our townhouse was carefully renovated in 2017 into a comfortable sustainable home. Downstairs is a large cozy living room with open design kitchen and dining area. For the hot days, there is air conditioning. At the back, a lovely bright conservatory has been built, overlooking the garden, where you can sit with a coffee. With 2 large French doors, you can step into the sunny garden, facing south. There you will find a comfortable seating area under the apple tree and a nice dining table. For the children a lawn, plenty of toys and a mega trampoline! Upstairs on the first floor are 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king size Hästens bed (!) and air conditioning, and 1 children's room. There is a nice bathroom with shower, bath and double sink. On the second floor, there is another large bedroom with a double bed and built-in closet and a children's room with a single bed, and a pull-out bed underneath. The house is child-friendly with lots of toys. There are two bicycles with child seats (rear) available and children's bicycles.
