The space This 2022 42ft luxury new Sportsman trailer is covered by a brand new 6x6 timber lean-to with a huge 45x9 ft. deck with outdoor seating and 2 large picnic tables. Next to the creek is a fire pit (propane fire during ban times) surrounded by comfy Adirondack chairs. Big patio doors lead inside where there is air conditioning, 2 smart T.Vs, WIFI, stereo with outdoor speakers, fireplace, forced air heat, recliners with heat, vibrate and cell phone plug-ins. We even have dog dishes for your fur babies. Full kitchen with island, gas stove, full size fridge and freezer, all kitchen accessories (including coffee and sugar, highchair, children's placemat and utensils) The main bedroom has a cozy king size bed, with windows on all sides. There is a large T.V room that converts into bunk beds. The bathroom is very spacious with a full size shower and skylight, includes shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, towels and hair dryer. We always do a little something extra depending on the time of year. Guest access Guests will have full access except where signs are posted. Other things to note Due to the fact we are a farm and have livestock it is extremely important to keep your dog on a leash. Also, the farm is in a wildlife corridor meaning there are deer, moose, cougar, and bear on the property. We have loads of wild berries, fruit and water present here which makes encounters possible. Feeding wild life is absolutely prohibited. Keeping food and garbage inside when you are not present is imperative to avoid bears and mice. Pocket airhorns will be supplied during high bear times.
