Beautiful 3k sq ft country home just ten minutes away from Lodi’s amazing wineries! Spacious backyard for BBQing after your wine tastings or just lounging in the hammock. Complete office with 2 desks, white board and TV. Work out space w/ free weights, bench & cycle machine. The master bedroom has a king bed w/ 55’ TV the 2nd bed has a queen bed. There are 3 air mattress that can be put out for further sleeping accommodations. Longer than 30 day stays message me for rates and bookings please. Other things to note Long term tenant lives on the property but away from the house. The property is very large. It does share the same driveway.
