Minutes from the Orlando-Sanford Airport, (SFB), Amtrak Autotrain, I-4, & the Sunrail. THIS IS NOT A QUIET CUL-DE-SAC IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. As mentioned elsewhere on the listing, there IS a potential for street noise. The house itself is old and spacious, and we hope you enjoy your home away from home! The entire house will be accessible, upstairs, downstairs, and porch, excepting the closet under the staircase. Mellon Park is several blocks away with a splash-pad, and playground for the kiddies! There are also a public boat ramp and boat slips available in the area. The Sanford Trolley provides free transportation throughout the downtown area, and to both the Amtrak Auto Train, and the Sunrail Station.
