The space The entire place is exclusive for the guest Sleeping capacity : 12-25 pax The rate is for 12 pax and excess fee rates applies after 12 pax (500 php excess fees) - excess adult : 500php each - excess seniors/ pwd : 50% discount on excess fees -excess kids ( 4-11 yrs old): 50% discount on excess fees - excess toddlers ( 0-3 yrs old ) : FREE - visitors not staying overnight during events ( 180php each regardless of age ) Guest access Entire property (4000 sqm) will be exclusive for the guest during their stay. The villa have sleeping capacity of 12 pax and up to 25 pax with additional fees for the extra person ( after 12pax). Tent pitching and tent rental is also available. Other things to note Free usage of Videoke, arcade machines , projector with netflix or usb with over 80 movies and BBQ Grill. We offer adds on for rental/ purchase like firewood for bonfire,charcoal , banana bean bags, butane for gas firepit ,tents , additional tables and chairs for outdoor events and feeds / food for bird feeding ,rabbit feeding. Visitors not staying overnight will be charge 180php Towels and toiletries is provided to 12 pax Additional towels / toiletries will be provided with as requested for a fee.
