Small apartment in the former miller's house

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place with lots of things to do. The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity. The space The best way to see what the apartment looks like is to look at all the photos. If you want to use both beds, i.e. the double bed and also the sofa bed, let me know in advance, then I'll get it ready. If necessary, we will provide a high chair (please specify when booking) in the apartment and a children's travel bed (please specify) can also be set up. (If a stair gate is to be installed, please also specify) The doors to the bedroom and living/bedroom on the upper floor have only 1.80 m headroom, so tall people be careful not to hit your head. The garden can be fully used. A charcoal grill is available. (You have to get your own charcoal and lighter). Microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and washing machine are in the apartment. Books as well as TV and Wi-Fi are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallways, conservatory and garden in the apartment.
