Country villa with garden and stone basin

Our vacation home is a listed half-timbered house from the 18th century. century and was renovated with a lot of love. It is located in picturesque Königsberg, surrounded by half-timbered houses and vineyards. In our garden you can relax wonderfully, have a wonderful breakfast in the morning, sit together in the evening and taste the fine wine of the region. The whole garden thrives on a Provencal charisma. The property was formerly the residence of the chemist and industrialist Dr. Auguste Kirchner. The space On the first floor there is a cozy living room as well as the well-equipped kitchen: a large fridge, wine fridge, induction stove and dishwasher are available. Here, too, we have placed value on beautiful and high-quality materials, such as a worktop made of shell limestone from the region. In the living room there is a large dining table with sitting area, which is framed by a tiled stove as well as a large sofa and armchair. On the second floor are two smaller bedrooms and a large room with a queen size bed. A study and the bathrooms are also here. The wooden floors are all original and have been elaborately refurbished. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms with lovely views of the village and on the other side of the vineyard. Please indicate when booking whether people want to move in alone or in pairs. In addition to the terraces, the garden has a large historic sandstone basin. We have created many different seating areas and also provide a large grill. For the little ones we have a high chair, a changing mat as well as children's dishes and silicone bibs. In the garden there is a small shell with sand and molds that we can set up if necessary. The sand is always freshly refilled. We provide your four-legged friends with a dog bed, towels and food and water bowls.
