Historic country villa with rose garden

Our country villa is a listed 18th-century half-timbered house and has been renovated with a lot of love. It is located in picturesque Königsberg, surrounded by half-timbered houses and vineyards. In our garden you can relax wonderfully, have a wonderful breakfast in the morning, sit together in the evening and taste the fine wine of the region. The rose garden has a Provencal charm. The property was formerly the residence of the chemist and industrialist Dr. Auguste Kirchner. The space On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen: a large refrigerator, wine refrigerator, induction stove and dishwasher are available. Here, too, we have placed emphasis on beautiful and high-quality materials, such as a countertop made of local shell limestone. In the living room is a large dining table with a sitting area, which is framed by a tiled stove, as well as a large sofa and armchairs. On the first floor, there is a large room with a queen-size bed and a room with a single bed. A study and the bathrooms are also here. The wood floors are all original and have been elaborately restored. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms with lovely views of the village and, on the other side, of the vineyard. The house can accommodate up to 7 people: three double beds and one single bed – ideal for two families or a group of friends. When making your reservation, please indicate whether people would like to occupy rooms alone or in pairs. In addition to the terraces, the enchanted garden has a large historic sandstone basin (ornamental fountain, not a swimming pool).
