The house is located just off the 13th tee box in a private wooded cul de sac just a short walk away from the clubhouse/restaurant, brand new Olympic size swimming pool with snack bar, beautiful white sand beach lake for swimming and kayaking, tennis courts, basketball court and one of the finest golf courses in the Northeast. One of the favorite areas of the house is the back deck with a large outside TV, Blackstone grill, heater, and comfortable seating. The TV is equipped with You tube TV, MLB package and music channels .Inside you’ll find all new appliances, a tv and all new bedding in the three bedrooms. A new addition to the house is a full size commercial grade cocktail table arcade machine with over 3000 retro games and a 32 inch LCD lifting screen. Guests have access to entire property except for certain locked closets. Owner will be at property at check in to answer any questions and to acquaint you to the house.
