Another Insider tip: This suite is best for family/friends having a staycation, spending the night after/before a concert, spending several days visiting Manila’s top tourist spots, or returning Filipino breadwinners who reunite with their loved ones. Parking: There's an available paid parking space at the basement. The rate is at Php 300 per day, and this is on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also other paid parking areas around the building. Guest access Since this is your home for a day or two, you have access to the lap/kiddie and other swimming pools*, playground, garden, restaurants and convenient stores around the condominium.
