The 3 bedrooms have bathrooms and are air conditioned. Scotts Head, midway between Sydney and Brisbane, has two excellent surfing beaches. Warrell Creek, is perfect for canoeing and fishing. The village centre offers a medical centre, chemist, supermarket and coffee shops The surf club is good for a Sunday sundowner. The space The front stairs lead up to the front deck and foyer. The house is on one level and has open plan dining room and lounge room. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen has a water/ ice dispensing French door fridge, dishwasher, gas stove top, wall oven, air fryer and stone bench tops. The large kitchen has a servery onto the back deck with BBQ, dining, lounge and seating areas. The back deck is fully covered and can be accessed through the sliding doors from the lounge room or the back door in the laundry. A second dining and seating area is found in the large grassed backyard surrounded by a tropical garden. There is a convenient outdoor shower in the side passage. All rooms have ceiling fans. The three bedrooms are also air conditioned and each has its own bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds while the two other bedrooms have queen beds. There is a separate powder room for your guests. - Wifi is provided and large smart TV is connected to the wifi.
