The Oceanic - Mimosas by the Sea

The Oceanic is located in Scotts Head, which is midway between Sydney and Brisbane. Two excellent surfing beaches are just minutes from the house. Warrell Creek, located behind the village, is perfect for canoeing and fishing. The village centre offers a medical centre, chemist, supermarket and the Hub restaurant - great cappuccinos. The house is large, spacious and its high elevation captures the cool afternoon breezes. Its a perfect place for a fun family holiday or for a lazy getaway. The space The front stairs lead up to the front door and a deck with a seating area to capture the afternoon breezes. The house is on one level and the front foyer leads into the open plan dining room and lounge room and the adjacent newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen where you will find water/ ice dispensing French door fridge, dishwasher, gas stove top, wall oven and stone bench tops. The back deck is accessed through the sliding doors from the lounge room and the back door in the laundry. The large kitchen has a servery onto the large covered back deck with BBQ, dining, lounge and seating areas. A second dining and seating area is found in the large grassed backyard surrounded by a tropical garden. There is an outdoor shower in the side passage for the kids after the beach. All rooms have ceiling fans and the three bedrooms have air conditioning. The property has three bedrooms and three and half bathrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and access to the family bathroom. There is a separate powder room/half bathroom. - Wifi is provided and large smart TV is connected to the wifi. Wifi code is on the fridge door. - Champagne / wine and chocolates on arrival. - Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. - Linen, towels, tea towels and beach towels are provided. - The large backyard also has a clothesline. - Laundry has washing machine, dryer and large washing tub and wet towels can be hung just outside the back door, in the laundry or on the clothesline. - All washing supplies and first aid supplies are provided in the laundry. - The house has off street parking but no access to the garage. - The house has a large water tank on one side and solar panels. - There is a 10% discount for a two week stay. - Please remember that the property only sleeps 6 people. Guest access Guests can access the house via off street parking, from the front stairs to enter through the foyer or the side passage to the large back garden and the back deck and back door.
