The room can be used as a playroom for your children. A very large living room with TV and 6-seater table also houses a 2-seater sofa bed that can be used as a third bed if necessary, with an extra charge. Comfortable, super-equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven and kettle. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal Other things to note We remind our kind guests that, according to Italian law, we are required to identify all the people staying in our house. For this reason, we ask them to provide us with their identity documents at the time of check-in (Passport, Identity Card or Driving License). Accommodation setup: The reservation for 2 people includes the preparation of the double bed (main room). Any requests for the preparation of separate beds for 2 people must be agreed in advance and will have a surcharge of €15. The standard setup for 4 people consists of the preparation of the double bed in the main room and the French bed in the second bedroom. If guests wish to use the sofa bed in the living room, they are asked to request it in advance, with a surcharge of €15. Early check-in: We always try to accommodate our guests as soon as possible but this depends on the cleaning services, to which we dedicate a lot of attention and care. If the accommodation is available before the check-in time we will be happy to accommodate you, otherwise we will ask you to leave your bags in one of the convenient luggage stores a few steps from the house.
