Smart TV. Living room has queen size pull out sofa with memory foam mattress, fresh linen, two pillows and 65 in. Smart TV. Kitchen and dining area have a dining set, and granite countertop with bar stools for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also, guests can enjoy fresh filtered water and ice from the refrigerator. There are extra pillows, towels and blanket inside the hallway closet. Guest access Guests are welcome to use entire house, garage, and private fenced backyard Other things to note Please Register each guest on the booking who will enter the property. Unauthorized guests are not allowed for safety and liability reasons. There is $25 fee for extra person who is not included on your booking. We will charge for any kind of damage to our property.
