The balcony contains a space with a small table and chairs to enjoy the view of the city, with glazing and blinds to control rain and sunlight. Guest access Private guest access is to the Studio booked via Airbnb and the Gym and coworking space on the ground floor, swimming pool, sauna and areas with sofas on the 27th floor, on the Rooftop where you have the city view and see Copan and the Italia terrace, are shared by all. If you have arrived earlier and your accommodation is not yet released, please be advised that you can wait in the Lobby for a maximum of 30 minutes. It is not allowed to lie on the sofa or eat meals, we ask that you take care of your luggage so as not to disturb the flow of people. It is forbidden to remain in or around the pool area while carrying glass cups and bottles. When leaving the pool area, dress appropriately to use the elevators. From Tuesday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., except on Mondays, when it will be closed for a period for cleaning and water treatment. • SAUNA Access to and/or use of the sauna is limited to guests, tenants and residents of the building. Wear appropriate bathing suits, nudism is prohibited. Do not use the sauna as a bathroom, subject to a fine. When leaving the sauna, dress appropriately to use the elevators. Daily from 8 am to 10 pm. • IN THE ACCOMMODATION It is forbidden to hang clothes, towels or any object on the balcony railings. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts or anything else off the balcony. Remember that it can cause a problem, damage, or even reach out and hurt someone. • TRASH Trash must be bagged properly and disposed of in the appropriate underground bin (floor -1). We ask for your attention and collaboration in the segregation of waste between recyclable and organic, as we are striving to collaborate with the environment. Avoid accumulating trash overnight by discarding it daily. • LAUNDRY It is located on the 1st floor, exiting the elevator, on the left and the step-by-step use is posted on the laundry wall. It operates daily and we recommend using it from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., so as not to disturb the night's sleep of the residents of the apartments next to the laundry room. • GYM It operates daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. We recommend using headphones so as not to disturb other visitors to the place. • COWORKING It operates daily for 24 hours, as long as the quiet hours are respected (between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. the next day).
