Welcome to the apartment Schöne Aussicht in Simmertal! Here you can spend unforgettable days and weeks: cozy, modern, spacious, family-friendly - whether with friends or family. Our 2 bedrooms and large living-dining area can accommodate up to 4 adults, or 2 adults with children. If you want to book the place alone or for two, check out our other listing. The space The vacation apartment Schöne Aussicht is located in the basement of our newly built house, which we moved into in the summer of 2021. It is bright and very modern, stylish and cozy. The country house style runs through the rooms. All doors, floors, furniture, etc. are new. Our biggest goal: to make our guests feel at home! Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance that cannot be seen by us. Both bedrooms are available to you. The bedroom door that extends into the rest of the house is locked throughout the stay. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE In the summer of 2026, "Friedhofstraße" in front of the apartment's door will be renovated. Unfortunately, we do not know exactly during which period the section directly in front of the apartment will be affected – it is probably the months of July and August. During this period, the apartment will not be directly accessible by car, and construction work will be carried out on weekdays. This does NOT affect the view from the apartment, as the construction site is not on the window side. The construction work will only take place in front of the front door and therefore also in front of the terrace. We apologize for the inconvenience.
