Completely renovated, this lovingly designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,000 sq. ft. cottage - filled with natural light - offers a cozy, elegant vacation for family or friends, and features an office area with a very comfy pull-out memory-foam, queen couch-bed for the 3rd bedroom. (It is indeed small when the sofa becomes a couch!) Located lakefront just 1 mile from Chautauqua Institution, the home has a dock at the end of its lawn. Enjoy spectacular views downstairs and from the master bedroom. The space The Master Bedroom has a king bed, a closet and two dressers. The entire front wall is windows opening onto a balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and small dresser. The closet is for the owner, but there are places to hang clothes. A beautifully remodeled bathroom is shared by both rooms. Downstairs, the office/bedroom is bright and cheerful - retreat there to work or for quiet time. The couch opens into a comfortable queen bed, and a full bathroom is just across the hall. (Be warned - this room is quite small when the couch becomes a bed.) My home is cozy, bright and full of whimsy. Everything in here is new and lovingly curated by yours truly. Come enjoy! Guest access The entire house, save the second bedroom closet, is open to guests. The dock is shared by two other families who stroll down the side of my lawn to reach it. One family seldom uses the dock. The other doesn't live here full time and shows up sporadically. Other things to note This cottage has been and still serves as my home - except during the summer season. Which means, it is fully stocked - bedding, bathroom items, glassware, cookware, and kitchen cabinets full of spices, condiments, preparation ingredients of all sorts - all of which you are welcome to use. Everything in the home is valuable to me in some way, and hopefully will be appreciated by my guests. Dogs are welcome - but please keep Fido off the furniture. Pooper scooper provided.
