Cleaning is included, on the day of check-in, one day in the middle of your stay and check-out. If you want more cleaning days, there is an extra cost of $500 per day, you must pay them directly with the cleaning person. On the day of check-out, the cleaning person will enter the Villa at 10:00 AM to start washing the linens, but don't worry, you can leave until 12:00 noon. Other things to note Pets Regulations: The condo is pet-friendly, pets can be walked in the subdivision on a leash to relieve themselves and have a bag to pick them up. You can also walk them outside the development in the golf course area. There is a lot of vegetation and the path is very nice. The property has a small garden with a very cool shaded terrace and a beautiful view of the golf course where your pets can also be. The pet cleaning fee is $50.
