First floor: living room, outdoor dining room, full kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined into a queen-size bed. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property: 5 bedrooms (including the penthouse with 4 beds), a living room, an outdoor dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, ocean-view balconies, and a laundry area. Guests can also enjoy the private beachfront tent and chairs. No shared space is shared: the house is for full use and is designed for privacy, comfort, and the experience of beachfront living. Other things to note The house can accommodate up to 12 guests and is rented as a whole. The minimum stay is two nights, although we also offer special rates for stays of one week, one month, or longer. We have a laundry area, making it ideal for longer stays.
