Elegant lighting ideal for romantic getaway for 2. Or for parents locking the door to have some privacy & personal time. BEDROOM TWO & THREE Both with DOUBLE beds all bedrooms have high quality crisp white cotton bedding. 4 Pillows in each room ( 2 soft 2 medium) Thick soft padded mattress toppers for extra added comfort on all beds. Mattress & Pillow protectors All beds with electric blankets to keep you cosy on chilly nights. Also extra blanket for each bedroom. Each bedroom has its own personality and has been luxuriously styled with elegant lamps, mirrors, art, cushions and decorative items. Also bedside tables with drawers for even more clothes storage. Hanging storage for clothing. ( Wooden clip & cloths hangers) Luggage racks provided in each bedroom. Each bedroom has an umbrella for unexpected weather for your short walk to the shops or nearby restaurants. Bedroom 1 & 2 have remote control oscillating wall fans at ceiling above the door directed to the bed. Bedroom 3 has a oscillating standard fan. All bedrooms have remote control glass panel heaters. ( Instruction laminated in each bedside ) Multi adapter phone chargers in each bedroom. Blockout thermal and sheer curtains in all bedrooms and throughout the home. All bedrooms have fitted wall to wall carpet for added comfort/warmth and sound reduction. Chair in both bedroom 2 & 3 Each bedroom has a latch on the inside of the door for your assured bedroom privacy. Each bedroom has double towel rails attached behind their bedroom door to allow your towels to dry overnight. And keep separated so there’s no confusion on who’s towel is who’s 👨‍👩‍👧👩‍👩‍👧 when it’s a full capacity house of 6 guests. All bedrooms are spaced/separated by other rooms with no adjoining wall to other bedrooms for even more privacy. When the interior doors are opened, the cool/warm air flows through the house well. All the curtains in the home are thermal block out that also benefit the heating and cooling of the home. Remote control glass panel heaters with timers are in bedroom 1, 2,3, and the dining room to give added personal control of your space. Remote controlled wall fans above the doors facing the bed. are located in bedroom 1 & 2 and the living room, and portable pedestal fans are located in the 3rd bedroom and dining room that provide great cooling options for those hot days / nights. Oil column heating in living room & laundry. That give gentle effective silent heating of these rooms. GUESTS ACCESS Guests have exclusive use and access to the entire home. Other things to note GUESTS PARKING Guest parking is free anywhere in the street. Please follow instructions on parking signs. The street front of Wyreema Cottage is long enough for two cars to be parked in front, and seen from inside the house. BBQ Please clean the BBQ after use. BBQ accessories including cleaning scrapper and paper towel is supplied in the Kitchen ( Excellent Independent Butcher Shop in front of Woolworths main entrance ) BBQ Accessories In container of top of the fridge Enjoy 🍔🥓🌭🍳🍗 Please put cover back onto BBQ after it had cooled & turn off Gas bottle after use thank you 👍 $20 BBQ Cleaning fee if not scrapped and paper towel wipe after use. Guest access Guests have access to Entire house, all rooms and help your self the any flowers, herbs or vegetables in the gardens. There are vases in the dining room. No Guest access to 3 Locked cabinets. 3 x locked cabinets containing supplies not to be accessed by guests thank you. Other things to note All Guests are required to register or responsible Guest booking the stay to provide full names of all adult guests Telstra wifi located in living room is not to be turned off thank you ☺️ NO Guests to be sleeping in living room on couches overnight or in dining room Only in bedrooms thank you. If anything breaks or is accidentally damaged during your stay please inform me as soon as possible. So I can have it repaired or replaced for the next Guest use and enjoyment. BBQ cleaning fee is $20 if not cleaned after use. Strictly NO pets permitted anywhere on the property. A $95.00 extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest if any pets are brought onto the property as well as charges paid by guest for any pet damage, (calculated after check-out) Thank you Kindest Regards Judy
