The space The house is perfect for two couples or a couple with a child since it has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. One room has a comfortable 150x200 double bed and in the other room there are two 90 beds. The house is fully equipped (because it's where I live with my partner). The entire house faces outwards, located on the 10th floor with a Southeast orientation so it has a lot of light and incredible views. The whole house faces outwards and has a comfortable, super bright terrace with entrance to the living room and bedroom and with a window to the second bedroom where the work area is located. Guest access The whole house is available to guests. I want them to feel at home Other things to note It is our usual home. My husband and I spend long periods in this house, so it is equipped to live in. It is not a hotel or an apartment for short stays. Tenants will feel at home because it has everything you need. The sofa is large and extendable, you can pull it out and watch movies while lying comfortably. The apartment faces south, so it is very warm in winter and cool in summer. Thanks to the apartment's orientation, the terrace is very nice and can be used at all times of the year.
