The space Barn Cottage is a stylish recently renovated property less than a 10 minute drive to the north norfolk coast. A modern fitted kitchen with high spec quartz worktop which is equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. There is also a charming dining area. Sitting Room. Is a spacious lounge to relax in with sky tv & sky sports and books & games for you to enjoy. Bedroom 1 is on ground level with a king size bed, bedside tables & lamps, chair dressing table with mirror & hair dryer. Bedroom 2. is another lovely light & airy room with double bed, chest of drawers and a tallboy wardrobe also with en suite bath, basin, wc and a heated towel rail. Bedroom 3 is a lovely king size bed with bedside tables & lamps, chest of drawers, & a built in wardrobe, with a en suite shower wash basin & wc & heated towel rail. There is a wardrobe in the entrance hall for the ground level bedroom. and a shower, wash basin & wc opposite bedroom 1. The washing machine is also in the ground floor shower room. Outside is an enclosed gated courtyard with table & chairs for 6 and a bbq for those wishing to dine in on those summer evenings. Guest access Entire property. It is a short walk to the local village shop & pub & also the little diary shop producing delicious fresh raw milk straight from the working farm, also you can grab a coffee and various diary produce where you can sit overlooking the priory & peaceful grounds.
