A lovely newly renovated beach house 350 m from the beach in Farhult, a peaceful village on the Kulla peninsula (in Scania). The house is spacious (ca 115 sqm) with four bedrooms and a large living room. A large, well-maintained garden offering privacy, with numerous outdoor seating areas and a conservatory for chilly evenings. The sorroundings offer several of excursion destinations: hiking in great nature, visiting local wineries and several cosy villages nearby the sea (e.g. Arild and Mölle). Other things to note Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. An EV charger (Charge Amps Halo) is available at the house and can be used for a fee of SEK 2 per kWh. Charging is measured automatically and charged after your stay via Airbnb. Smoking is not permitted. Check in at 2:00 PM at earliest and check out at 11:00 AM at latest.
