Cozy "Blue Butterfly" Cottage w/ futon

Clean & cozy 1 bedroom cottage w/ ample parking. Cottage is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to shopping with a plethora of restaurants. Only minutes away from the historic City of Richmond with it's rich history, museums, & beautiful views of the James River. Enjoy the nightlife with scads of restaurants & clubs or dine at Rockets Landing & watch the sun set over the river. Being centrally located makes this cottage the perfect place for traveling nurses & professionals. The space A king size tempur pedic mattress with loads of pillows guarantees a great night's sleep. Clean & cozy space with complete kitchen for cooking your own meals. The futon serves as an extra bed for either a guest or two small children. Convenient to shopping & restaurants & a nice neighborhood for walking or bike riding. The main house is a rental so the outside space is theirs!!! We have two homes, the tan home with the Airbnb & the brick home next door as you come out of the Airbnb, there's a firepit & 3 chairs directly behind the Airbnb for your use, also a sitting area with a table & chairs & a swing, directly in front of you, as you exit the Airbnb, this is the designated smoking area!! We have a concrete patio available at our other home with patio furniture & an umbrella, we don't mind sharing!! That being said; the small area behind the Airbnb with the 3 chairs & firepit, is the only area behind the tan home for our guests use & our personal space, the brick home, is open for our guests. Also, a grill is available on the patio upon request. Guest access The cottage has it's own washer & dryer, there's an outdoor space with a fire pit that guests are welcome to enjoy (wood is located behind the cottage) & guests are welcome to use owners gas grill by request Other things to note Absolutely no smoking of any kind in or directly around the cottage or burning of incense or ceremonial herbs or oils of ANY kind, an ashtray is provided in the outside area directly infront of you as you exit the Airbnb. You will be charged for professional ServPro cleaning for eliminating cigarette or weed smell!!!! All outside space is yours to enjoy except for our renters yard!!!
