Enjoy its convenient location to mainline train stations and the A3 whilst surrounded by woodland tranquility and National Trust walks. The villages of Grayshott and Churt lie within walking distance with their pubs, cafes, restaurants and characterful shops, whilst slightly further afield lie bustling Farnham, Haslemere, Midhurst and Petworth. The space The lodge’s wood burner greets you as you step into the well-appointed kitchen / sitting room, making the space extra-cosy. The comfortable sitting room end has a double sofa bed for 2 guests, a smart TV with Sky. Just off this space is a spacious bedroom with king-size bed. The stylish bathroom offers a bath with powerful overhead shower. Outside is a wood store to top up your burner, an outdoor table and seating area. The lodge sits within the main house’s hedge-bounded kitchen garden which guests have the majority use of. Guest access The lodge sits within the main house’s hedge-bounded kitchen garden which guests have the majority use of. There is space for 2 cars to park in the lodge’s private parking area. More parking if necessary is just opposite. The path from the parking area leads directly to the lodge, through a vegetable garden. You are welcome to enjoy this area at your leisure. The main house ‘Vale Acre’, its parking and its gardens /facilities are not accessible to guests. There is a garden table and chairs right outside the lodge that are for guests’ use Other things to note The lodge is situated towards the front of Vale Acre’s plot. Parking for the lodge is separate to the main house - the 2 designated parking spaces are immediately on the left as you drive in. The path from the parking area leads directly to the lodge.
