The Playhouse

The Maisonette includes on the ground floor a kitchen/dining room, living room, bedroom (140*190 bed and a dressing room), bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms each composed of 2 beds (90*190) and closets, a shower room, a toilet. This semi-detached house on one side is located on 1000 m2 of land. Bed linen is included in the price but the beds will need to be made upon your arrival. Check-ins and checkouts will be done independently. A code will be sent to you before your arrival. The space The Maisonette is located 16 km from Rouen. A train station is located in the town 1 km from the accommodation and you can get to Rouen in 15 minutes by train. A grocery store is on site and other shops are a few kilometers away. In terms of leisure, you can enjoy a tree climbing course in the town of Preaux, beautiful visits to the Château de Martainville, the village of Bovary, walks in the Forêt Verte or even the center of Rouen. Other things to note Check-ins and checkouts will be carried out independently. Check-ins start at 4 p.m. and checkouts start before 10 a.m. Bed linen is provided but the beds are to be made upon arrival.
