The 2nd bathroom has duel sinks with an oversized soaking tub and a rainfall shower. The backyard is built to have fun. Walking out you have a patio with a outdoor couch and TV. A outdoor dining table that seats 6 is just out the kitchen door as well as a large 5 burner BBQ. Pebble tech pool, turfed backyard and palm trees everywhere makes it seem like your own oasis in the desert. Cornhole, bocce ball, and 4' tall jenga to get some competition in. High speed WiFi available and smart TV's are in every room with Youtube TV Guest access Whole house is available to guests Other things to note -Pets are allowed for a non refundable flat fee of $100 per pet. Guest must pick up after their pet, poop bags and pooper scooper will be provided. $200 fine if rule not followed. Please keep pets from digging and keep dry when entering the house. -All minors under the age of 18 need to be supervised in the community pool at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the community pool.* -No smoking inside the premises.
